The Summit, embraces the positive progress in creating accessible and inclusive communities and brings together a diverse leadership collective to share achievement and create action. Our Summit promotes access and inclusion for persons with disabilities in all aspects of life. Everyone has a part to play in making the world a more accessible and inclusive place.
Together we are ‘Making it Happen’
The Summit is organized by Carleton University with support from the Province of Ontario and the City of Ottawa.
For two years, undergraduate and graduate students in Carleton’s Industrial Design program worked with people in Uganda who are living with disabilities.
