Beginning July 1, 2015, Jeremy Laliberté, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering will take on the position of Director for the Carleton Aerospace research group at Carleton University.

Dr. Laliberté specializes in research in the design of uninhabited aerial vehicles (UAVs) and micro aerial vehicles (MAVs), as well as airframe materials and structures for air vehicles inspired by nature. More on his work can be found here.

Dr. Laliberté takes over for Daniel Feszty who leaves on sabbatical this summer.
