B.PAPM student, Layla Farhat, as been nominated to participate in an initiative launched in PEI called ‘A Bold Vision’. In 1864 the Charlottetown Conference brought together 23 men whose collective thinking and visioning ultimately led to the formation of Canada. This year, at the 150th anniversary, ‘A Bold Vision’ is recreating this historic moment with 23 of Canada’s most inspiring and influential women who will share their vision for Canada’s future. These dialogues on nation building will be presented at a 3-day conference designed to celebrate and advance women leaders from across the country.
