The Department of Biology at Carleton University is pleased to host the 28th Annual Ontario Biology Day conference.

This objective of this conference is to showcase the excellent research of senior undergraduate thesis students from across the province.  Students will enjoy opportunities to present their research as talks or poster presentations in a supportive and encouraging environment.  This conference is about sharing enthusiasm and celebrating accomplishment.  There is no single theme for presentations and we expect the approximately 240 delegates to present on topics ranging from molecules and the cell, to ecology, evolution and behavoiur. This gathering will see a diverse group of developing scientists and we aim to provide an opportunity for students and faculty to network and socialize at this critical time when many are considering graduate studies and prospective academic careers.

We look forward to welcoming you to our campus.

The organizers —

Jeff Dawson, Shelley Hepworth, Iain McKinnell and Andrew Simons.
