Teraanga Commons, formerly Residence Commons, provides homes to over 3,600 students in double and single rooms.
Senior residence fellows offer advice and counsel and help new students make a successful transition to university life.
Teraanga Commons is the hub of residence life. Most students in residence meet here for their meals. The building also contains Fenn Lounge, offices, a convenience store, the RRRA office, and Residence Reception Desk.

Accessible public washrooms located outside the PMC office.

Pay phones on levels 1 and 2 are accessible.
Classroom Areas
Classrooms are generally accessible.
Study Areas
No study areas. PMC, Counselling and Health Services operate a Student Resource Centre as part of the PMC Satellite Office.
Food/Beverages
Vending machines, lounge areas, Oasis Cafeteria, Abstentions Store, and main residence cafeteria/dining hall.
Existing Obstacles
Fenn Lounge on level 2 is accessible at the upper level only.

The Office of the Coordinator of the 24-hour Attendant Services Program is located in Room 223.
