The Carleton University Centre for European Studies, funded with a grant from the EU Commission, will host a conference focusing on the shift towards multilevel citizenship, which has increased the number of sites at which decisions about people’s political and social inclusion and/or exclusion are being made. This interdisciplinary conference examines patterns of inclusion and exclusion in the political, economic, social, and cultural sphere.
