The Director of External Relations and Community Engagement is a member of the College Leadership Council responsible to advance public understanding of and advocacy for Lethbridge College. The Director is responsible to provide strategic direction and leadership in the areas of external and government relations, and community engagement.
Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director works closely with staff in the President’s, Board’s, Development, Communications, Marketing and Web Services offices. The Director also works closely with Corporate and Continuing Education and the Centre for Applied Research.
As a seasoned public relations and communications leader in a multi-stakeholder organization, you are adept at the development of business plans, annual budgets and targets, performance goals and objectives, and have earned a reputation for serving internal and external clients with strategic acuity and responsiveness.
