CTPL and the Canadian University Dubai (CUD) are partnering to develop academic and professional programs to address the trade and investment challenges of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and developing countries.
On June 18, 2015 the agreement was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Dr. Karim Chelli, President of CUD, and Dr. Roseann O’Reilly Runte, President and Vice Chancellor of Carleton University.
