As Carleton prepares to celebrate its 75th anniversary in 2017, excitement and activity are beginning to ramp up.

Following on a successful CU75 campaign in 2015 – ’16, the Faculty of Public Affairs will celebrate with its 75 for the 75th campaign.

75 for the 75th will profile some of the faculty’s most inspiring alumni. Over the next year, the faculty will put a spotlight on five new ones each month until June 2017. The first five, unveiled today, include:

  • Darrell Bricker, CEO for Ipsos Global Public Affairs
  • Nahlah Ayed, foreign correspondent, CBC News
  • Timothy Lane, deputy governor, Bank of Canada
  • William Robson, president and CEO, C.D. Howe Institute
  • Yaprak Baltacıoğlu, secretary of Treasury Board
