Feb 28th is Repetitive Strain Injury (aka Musculoskeletal disorder) awareness day. These types of injuries are caused by repetitive movements or prolonged awkward postures. Repetitive strain injuries affect the muscles, tendons, nerves and joints of high strain areas such as the upper and lower back, shoulders, elbows, wrists and neck.
