Students who wish to register in a course load greater than the normal load for any term must apply for a course overload. As per the Undergraduate Calendar, Regulation 2.1.4, eligible students must have a minimum of 4.0 credits completed at Carleton and a minimum CGPA of 7.00.
Please note that B.Eng students who have obtained second-year standing are automatically granted an increase in credit limit from 2.5 to 3.0 credits per term.
