Taught by Dr. Mikhail Zherebtsov, the course will investigate recent conflicts in Eurasia including the Russian annexation of Crimea, military unrest in Ukraine, Russia’s actions against Georgia, and the Russia-Ukraine gas disputes. In analyzing competing foreign policy agendas, special attention will be paid to foreign policy discourses in both official government pronouncements  as  well  as  in  the  news media. For more information on the course material and schedule click here.
