The Centre for Governance and Public Management (CGPM) at Carleton University focuses on political and administrative reform projects in the developing world, post-communist societies and post-conflict regimes. Building on the expertise  located in the School of Public Policy and Administration(SPPA) and the Faculty of Public Affairs (FPA) at Carleton University, CGPM’s overarching, long-term goal is to be recognized nationally and internationally as a leading Canadian centre of expertise on public sector and public management reform in transitional and developing countries. To achieve this goal, CGPM’s activities will concentrate on three key areas: public administration/management, public sector leadership, and policy development and implementation.
