EURUS is pleased to present a public lecture, “The Eurasian Economic Union: Current Developments and Prospects”, by Ms. Tatiana Valovaya, Minister for Integration and Macroeconomics in the Eurasian Economic Commission.  

Abstract: This lecture will discuss the evolution of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and its prospects from an insider perspective. The Eurasian Economic Union is comprised of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.

Biography: Tatiana Valovaya is a Member of the Board and Minister for Integration and Macroeconomics in the Eurasian Economic Commission. A graduate of Moscow Financial Institute, she has held positions in various ministries of the Russian Federation and in the administration of the President of the Russian Federation. She has published extensively on regional integration and on the history of Europe and Eurasia.
