Addis Ababa University Ph.D. candidate Dikaso Unbushe collects wetland plant species as part of the survey of Ethiopian wetlands during the wet season in August 2010. Pierre Dubeau is conducting his Masters research in Geography under the supervision of Doug King on the role and importance of key wetlands in the Ethiopian Highlands, which are part of the Nile Basin. In this project, he is engaging with wetland ecologists at Addis Ababa University, and the International Water Management Institute (IWMI)
