The Environmental Studies Program offered through the Department of Geography is a multidisciplinary program, based on social sciences, humanities and sciences. Students can develop innovative interdisciplinary approaches to understanding the environment and human roles and responsibilities.
For example, students may select courses in environmental science, law, political science, economics, geography, philosophy and psychology in order to understand human relationships with the environment and how to formulate effective strategies for change.
