Beijing Tourism is happening in Ottawa on October 8th at the Horticulture building in Lansdowne! This event is for the Canada 150 celebrations in collaboration between the Beijing municipality and The City of Ottawa. It will be a nice event filled with music, food, VR activities and experiencing The Great Wall of China in a miniature scale.

Team Beijing Tourism is excited to invite you to our event on October 8th, 2017. In celebration of the 150th anniversary since the confederation, Ottawa invited its sister city Beijing to share its rich cultural heritage that contributed to the making of Canada’s diversity with Ottawa residents. Team Beijing Tourism consists of Carleton University students from various disciplines working alongside the Beijing and Ottawa municipalities. These young talents are working on the very ground level of the project, managing every aspect of Beijing Tourism from VR technology, architecture, interior design, public relations, marketing, administration, and finances. Beijing Tourism will be held in Horticulture Building of Lansdowne Park on Oct. 8th, the Sunday of Thanksgiving Week. The main features include the following:
