Doing Work at Carleton
For projects of value less than $100,000, Contractors; general or sub (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, flooring, painting, etc.), interested in doing work for Carleton University, are requested to complete a standard CCDC 11 form available through the Ottawa Construction Association and forward it along with a company profile and covering letter to the attention of:

For projects of value greater than $100,000, the MERX system is used to prequalify Contractors and/or tender the project.
A regular Request for Proposal process is used to develop lists of Consultants for ongoing; Architectural, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Civil) work at Carleton.
