Carleton University’s Dwayne Winseck and a team of researchers have released the fourth and final installment of a four-part series, the Canadian Media Concentration Research (CMCR) project, on the media industries and concentration trends in Canada.

This most recent installment examines the development of sectors in Quebec, including mobile phones, plain old telephone service (POTS), Internet access, cable TV (including DTH and IPTV), broadcast TV, specialty and pay TV services, radio, newspapers, magazines and Internet advertising.
