Medical Services: There is no charge for office visits to see a primary care physician or a nurse for all clients who have UHIP or provincial health coverage (ex. OHIP). Clients with other coverage will have to pay at the time of visit but will be given documentation to submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement.
Counselling Services: There is no charge for office visits to see a counsellor for all registered clients with a valid Carleton University Campus Card. Staff have available services through the Employee and Family Assistance Program.
All services with an accompanying charge must be paid upon your visit to HCS. Outstanding charges will be placed on your university student account. You will not be able to register for future classes, nor receive a diploma or transcripts until all university charges (e.g., health clinic, parking tickets, library charges, etc.) have been paid in full.
