The Wellness Space is a low-key comfortable room to hang-out in anytime the Residence Counselling Office is open (Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM). Resources are provided for students to do stress-relieving activities including puzzles, colouring, bracelet making, light therapy, or to just relax. Come alone or bring a friend. Any other respectful use of the space is welcome!

Residence Counselling and Wellness is also home to the Mental Health Champions residence volunteer program.
