1st to 4th-floor suites consist of 4 single bedrooms and 2 washrooms. 5th and 6th-floor suites consist of 2 single bedrooms and 1 washroom, except for one 4-person suite on each floor. Every suite has a shared meal preparation/dining area with a refrigerator and stove-top cooking elements. Residents are welcome to bring additional small appliances.

The 1st to 5th floors of Leeds House are reserved for upper year undergraduate students. The 6th floor and part of 5th floor is reserved for students in graduate studies.

Special Interest Communitiesare designated throughout some buildings and floors which may change from year to year.
