Web Services have launched their new Knowledge base. This is where web content administrators will now go to find CCMS documentation, video tutorials, and FAQs.
The CCMS website (where the documentation was previously hosted) has been renamed ‘Web Services’ and will be used to communicate services, events, and news.
This new knowledge base is an add-on to the CCMS service and is available to anyone in need of a place to host documentation, FAQs or glossaries. To request a knowledge base for your department, contact the ITS Service Desk.
We are currently reviewing ITS content in preparation to move our documentation into this template.
