Make a Conference Call with Multiple Parties on a VoIP phone
You can connect up to 8 separate parties.
- Dial the first party
- Announce that you are setting up a conference call
- Press trans/conf button (button on the right of your red hold button)
- Dial the second party
- Press trans/conf button
- follow these steps until all parties have been connected
- If the line is busy or not answered press the disconnect button (the button on the right of the blue/grey button with an X)
Make a Conference Call With Multiple Parties on a regular analog line
You can connect up to 8 separate parties.
- Dial the first party
- Announce that you are setting up a conference call
- Press flash or trans/conf or link
- Dial the second party
- Press flash or trans/conf or link
- Press *4 or press conference button
- Press flash
- Dial third party
- Press flash
- Press *4
- Follow the last 3 steps until all parties have been connected
- If the line is busy or not answered press flash to get dial tone again and dial the next party
