What is this service?

Professional video conferencing facilities, located in 617 Southam Hall, can connect a room full of people with others around the world. A videoconferencing technician will run the session to ensure a smooth, high quality experience for all involved. We are currently focused on support for PhD Thesis Defences booked through FGPA, but other types of videoconferences can be booked based on availability and capacity. Our facility is well suited for job interviews, guest speakers, training, international student collaboration, meetings, recruiting and research sharing.

    Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, by advance booking, subject to operational scheduling
