What is this service?
This service provides wireless network connectivity in select locations to connect to institutional resources and to the internet. For wired access see Wired Network and Internet Connectivity.
Note: This service supports Eduroam authentication which allows visiting students, faculty and staff at partnered institutions to access Carleton’s wireless network.
How do I obtain this service?
This service is delivered as part of the onboarding process for staff and faculty, as well as for students.
If you require wireless access in a location without wireless coverage, you or your Departmental Administrator may submit a request, as below.
Note: Installation of a wireless access point to provide wireless coverage where none currently exists incurs a one-time cost which must be approved by your Department Chair, Director, or Manager.
