Current research

Labour and employment issues, especially focusing on Canadian collective bargaining law and trade union rights. Focus on internal trade union affairs and freedom of association. Extensive interest in issues relating to Internet regulation, privacy and surveillance.

Teaching interests

Labour law; employment law; law in the information society; cybercrime, privacy and surveillance.
