- This gallery of 17 photos was taken by James Park at a new venue in Ottawa called “Live on Elgin!”
- This was our annual MusikOttawa showcase/competition involving finalists from our BMus Singer-Songwriter stream, who were selected from among 30 first-round competitors in our spring semi-finals (Singer-songwriter showcase). Our MusikOttawa website is found at http://musikottawa.com/
- Photo #10 is of our two MusikOttawa competition winners this year, BMus students Kelsey Hayes and Jillian Kerr, with Music Industry mogul Harvey Glatt (CHEZ-FM founder, True North Records, Canadian Broadcasting Hall of Fame).
- Carleton University President Runte appears in photo #4 with Carleton donor Dianne Parsonage and her grand-daughter Nikki Parsonage.
- The prize was $400 for each of the winners and a full-day of recording studio time for each of them at “The Gallery” Studios, with engineer/producer Dean Watson.
