As resilience programming continues to emerge globally, so does the need for stakeholders to gain a solid understanding of what resilience means and what it implies in practice. This practical certificate offers the conceptual and practical foundations needed to plan, influence and assess more effectively resilience-related programs. The skills obtained through the training will help participants to strengthen the design and potential impact of resilience projects, to improve communication of resilience outcomes, and to engage more actively in resilience strategizing.  Learning will be couched in the context of international development but is equally applicable to all domains of public programming.
