Designated Permit Parking Spaces for Motorcycles
Carleton University offers designated permit parking spaces for motorcycles in the Admin. Parking Garage (P9) and the Library Garage (P1). Regular parking permit holders can also park their motorcycle in their regular assigned lot if they so choose – with the condition that only one of either their vehicle or motorcycle is parked on campus at the same time.
Motorcycle operators visiting the campus may use any on-street parking space or park in Pay and Display lots provided payment is made at designated parking meters. For more information, you can call Parking Services at 613-520-3623 or email the Parking Services Office
Motorcycles are not required to display a parking permit but must purchase same and operators must ensure that their licence plate is registered under their online profile in ParkAdmin.
Parking Enforcement will query plates — those not returning as being attached to a permit in ParkAdmin will be issued a parking offence notice.
