The Campus Safety Services promoted three of its Campus Safety Officers to Special Constable status on Thursday, December 10th 2015.
Daryl Slater, Nick Lebrun-Ellerton and Ross Seager were sworn in as Special Constables by Ottawa Police Chief Charles Bordeleau during a ceremony held at the police headquarters. Ottawa Police Deputy Chief Skinner and Deputy Chief Keeley were also in attendance.
Daryl started with the department in September of 2012 as an Auxiliary Campus Safety Officer before gaining full-time status in 2014. Ross started in October of 2014 and Nick in January of 2015, both as Campus Safety Officers.
