Agendas and Minutes for the Board of Governors

The agenda and minutes of all OPEN session meetings of the full Board are available to the public. Agendas are posted seven days in advance of the OPEN session. Minutes are posted within seven days of approval, at the following OPEN session meeting of the full Board.

These documents contain items discussed in OPEN sessions only. If you would like to obtain a copy of the documents referred to in the OPEN session minutes, please contact the University Secretary.
