- I am unable to write my exam at the scheduled time. Can I re-schedule to an earlier date?
-
Writing your exams on an earlier date would require the consent of the instructors of the courses involved. Course instructors are not required to make or approve this kind of arrangement for individual students, but some will consider it.
Your other option would be to contact the Registrar’s Office to see if your situation would be grounds for a formal deferral of the exams. Please see the Registrar’s Office website for more details.
- I missed my final exam, what should I do?
-
If you missed your final exam, you may be eligible for a deferred exam. Please see the Registrar’s Office website for more details.
- I am unable to write my exam due to religious obligations, what should I do?
Students with religious obligations that coincide with their Examination Schedule are reminded to immediately contact their professor in writing and provide details for the examination accommodation request. Visit the Guide to Academic Accommodations for Students for more information on this accommodation process.
- I have family status concerns that coincide with my exam schedule, what should I do?
-
Students are required to contact Equity Services for more information as directed in the Guide to Academic Accommodations for Students.
- How can I get my final exam remarked?
-
The first step would be to contact your instructor. If you are having difficulty communicating with your instructor, the next thing you should do is speak to a representative in the department where the course took place. If you want to appeal your final grade, please see the Appeal of Grade page on the Registrar’s Office website.
- How do I find out where and when to write my exam?
-
Please go to the Exam Schedule page.
