Lynn Gauker

Biography

BA (Journalism), Concordia University

Having worked on several environmental-related projects during her career in communications, Lynn plans to focus her Master’s Research Project on the environment. Recently, she returned to being a freelance journalist, years after obtaining her BA in Journalism from Concordia University. Upon graduating, Lynn had pursued studies in public relations and/or in marketing at McGill and Concordia universities. She wrote for the Concordia Link, the McGill Daily and weekly newspapers before starting her career in corporate and marketing communications. Lynn has led highly rated corporate publications and annual reports, in addition to editorial outreach programs and stakeholder events, and she has written numerous speeches. As well, Lynn is a published author and has been an Indie songwriter.
