Motivating girls to be the best they can be, all while having fun!

Go Code Girl! provides an exciting opportunity for girls in grades 7 to 11 to learn about the exciting world of coding and software development, and to discover opportunities in computing and engineering fields. Combining technology and craft, the girls will bring creation to life and meet awesome mentors! This event will equip girls with the digital skills needed for today’s digital world.

Cost : Free

Participants will learn the basics of programming using Processing to create fun projects. Lunch will be provided by the Fresh Food Company, Carleton’s residence cafeteria, and we will finish the day with an optional tour of the campus (2pm – 4pm). Further information will be emailed to those registered closer to the event.
