Please note: Our instructors want to make camp the best possible experience for every camper. In order to ensure our instructors are well rested and ready to deliver high-quality programming we do charge fees for late pick-ups.

Discounts

$22 off each registration for Carleton University employees.
$22 off one week of co-ed camp for girls also attending girls@VV. (Discounts cannot be combined).

Cancellation Policy

There will be a $50 fee for any cancellations received prior to June 14, 2017; a $100 fee for cancellations received up to one week prior to the confirmed start of camp; after which there will be no refund given. However, there is no fee to switch into a different camp or to switch camp weeks (depending on space availability). Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $15 admin fee.

Bursary

Virtual Ventures does have a Bursary Program for those who qualify. Bursary applications are based solely on financial need and can be completed using the bursary online form.
