Becky Rossi

Becky Rossi has worked with a range of internationally, nationally, and community-focused organizations in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors sharing her expertise in social impact measurement, social and environmental finance, and social enterprise models. Recently, she completed a short-term contract in the Community Development and Partnerships Directorate at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) where she assessed policy options for supporting the development of social finance in Canada.
Since 2011, Becky has championed broad systems change through her work at PLAN Toronto, a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to supporting families that have a relative with a disability or mental illness. As Director of Strategic Operations, she collaborates with families, service providers, governments, and businesses to build community-based, non-traditional solutions to issues of isolation and vulnerability.
Becky has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Graduate Diploma in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s School of Business.
