Brian Carriere is a Researcher at the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) where his research focuses on impact investing and innovative finance. He is also a researcher at the Centre on Governance at the University of Ottawa. Mr. Carriere undertakes research on governance models and public policy instruments enabling impact investment funds, Corporate Social Responsibility, New Public Management as well as the charitable and not-for-profit sector.\u00a0 Mr. Carriere is currently completing a Ph.D. in Public Administration at the University of Ottawa.
