Shannon Phillips represents the southern Alberta riding of Lethbridge-West.<\/p>\n

Ms. Phillips is the Minister of Environment and Parks and the Minister Responsible for the Climate Change Office. Previously, she also served as the Minister for the Status of Women.<\/p>\n

Since taking office, Ms. Phillips has led the government\u2019s Climate Leadership Plan which is designed to diversify the economy, create new jobs and improve Alberta\u2019s health.<\/p>\n

As Minister of Environment and Parks, she has been responsible for the creation of Alberta\u2019s newest park in the Castle and a historic reinvestment in Alberta\u2019s park system.<\/p>\n
