{"id":327,"date":"2012-11-14T12:36:45","date_gmt":"2012-11-14T17:36:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/3ci\/?p=327"},"modified":"2013-01-30T13:11:21","modified_gmt":"2013-01-30T18:11:21","slug":"gnpi-seeks-feedback-on-draft-document","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/3ci\/2012\/gnpi-seeks-feedback-on-draft-document\/","title":{"rendered":"GNPI seeks feedback on draft document"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">As you may be aware, the Government Non Profit Initiative (GNPI) in partnership with the Non-Profit Sector Labour Market Partnership (LMP) Program (Vancouver Foundation) has been developing an HR Strategic Plan for the non-profit sector.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The HR Strategic Plan provides a snapshot of the non-profit labour market in BC. It&#8217;s currently in its final stages of development and they are looking for feedback from non-profit organizations in BC.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The current plan, in its final draft, proposes 17 areas for action. Based on feedback from the sector, some of these areas will be developed into new tools and resources.
