These are submitted through the &#8220;Change of Program Elements&#8221; feature in <a href=\"https:\/\/360.carleton.ca\/urd\/sits.urd\/run\/siw_lgn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carleton Central<\/a>.
