The Paralympic Sport Festival and exhibition wheelchair basketball game on October 9, 2012, were very successful.
The Canadian Paralympic Committee described the festival as having an extremely positive impact on the Ottawa Parasport community by adding several new volunteers to local clubs and resulted in the discovery of new athletes.
The wheelchair basketball game was also very successful and we were able to generate $3,000 for Canugan.
