Adaptive care is central to ACT Services. Through individualized and ongoing career readiness support, including specialized guidance on disclosure, workplace accommodations, and disability-related workplace themes, ACT fosters a student-centered environment that honours lived experiences and promotes dignity. ACT\u202fworks with students who identify&nbsp;with&nbsp;having disabilities at Carleton.
