We are excited to host the first annual Provincial Energy Efficiency Leaders\u2019 Summit this spring in Wakefield, Quebec. Below you will find the answers to some common questions, and a simple registration and payment form. If you have any questions, please contact Shirley<\/a>.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Where will the event take place?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The event will take place at the Moulin Wakefield Mill<\/a> in Wakefield, Quebec. The Mill has hotel rooms onsite, as well as a restaurant and multiple meeting spaces. There are recreational activities on the grounds, and a spa that can be booked separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. What does the fee cover?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The fee for the workshop is $3,000 CAD, plus QST. This fee includes all of your costs once you arrive onsite, including: 2 nights hotel stay, meals on May 26 (dinner), May 27 (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and May 27 (breakfast), all alcoholic\/non-alcoholic drinks, coffee\/snacks during the workshop and all recreational activities (except for spa services). Travel to\/from the hotel is not included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. How many people are you expecting to attend?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The guest list is invite-only. We expect between 10-15 people to attend, representing provincial energy efficiency entities from across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yes!\u00a0You can note it below, and we\u00a0will also send a meal request form aheade will send a meal request form ahead of the conference, where you can denote any preferences\/restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. When should I plan my travel to arrive and leave?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The event kicks off at 4pm EST on May 26 and concludes at 12-noon on May 28.<\/p>\n\n\n
