He received his B.Eng. (2004) and M.A.Sc. (2006) in electrical engineering from the Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, and his Ph.D. in aerospace engineering (2012) from Carleton University. From 2006 to 2008, he was Spacecraft GN&amp;C Research Engineer with NGC Aerospace Ltd, where he namely led the development of an innovative attitude perturbation estimation system for the European Space Agency\u2019s PROBA-2 spacecraft.
