Nokoko Book Review Guide
To further our mandate of generating and providing important conversations related to Africa, the African diaspora, and the continent’s relationship with the rest of the world, Nokoko welcomes Book Reviews.
These critically engages with arguments in one (or perhaps more) new publications, drawing out the substance and form within the
published work and situating them in wider scholarly, policy, and/or activist practices and discussions.
These should be between 1,000 – 1,500 words.
We strongly recommend that you follow the guidelines at http://www.write.armstrong.edu/handouts/BookReview.pdf which provides a
good summary of what is expected of a good review.
