The speakers will discuss the pandemic, the national and international public health responses, and the perceptions of ebola in Canada itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This is part of the African Studies <\/strong><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carleton.ca\/africanstudies\/events\/umeme-african-flashpoints\/\">Umeme<\/a>: African Flashpoints <\/strong><strong>Series<\/strong><br>\nUmeme: African Flashpoints brings together experts in a roundtable format to discuss such current experiences which confront the people in different locations in Africa, and which roll across media screens and pages across the world.
