It&#8217;s the story of Yibir, a Somali minority community in the Horn of Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Gaildon is a medical physicist and radiation safety officer at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
