In this capacity, he has planned and facilitated seminars and workshops for senior government officials in the U.K., Malta, East and Southern Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia. He was program coordinator for the Commonwealth-sponsored \u201cRegional Initiative for Informatics Strategies\u201d. In addition, he assisted in drafting the report of the Commonwealth Action Program on the Digital Divide for the Commonwealth Heads of Government (CHOGM) meeting in 2005. He has served on two Mayor\u2019s Task Forces for the City of Ottawa (Canada): the e-Government and IT Taskforce and the Governance Taskforce. He has been an advisor to the Government of Jamaica on its National ICT policy and strategy.
