Presentation by Kristine St-Pierre and Joanne Lebert to the Canadian Parliamentary Subcommittee on International Human Rights of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development, on the topic of Sexual Assault on Women and Children during Peacekeeping Operations in Fragile States and\/or in Situations of Conflict, November 23, 2010. The presentation included key themes, findings, and discussions of the May 5-6 2010 workshop at Carleton, co-sponsored by the Institute of African Studies.<\/p>\n
